Shopping Terms

Shipping

Currently, The Coffee Mill is using UPS to ship items. We ship only to United States addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience we might cause our non-U.S. customers.

Guarantee

We guarantee that every item you purchase from The Coffee Mill meets our high standards when sold; however, our foodstuff items which include our coffees are perishable by nature and degrade in quality with time. If you're dissatisfied with the quality of your purchase, please contact The Coffee Mill within 3 business days of your receiving your purchased items.

Ownership of the purchased item transfers to the purchaser upon our delivery of the item to the purchaser or UPS or another commercial carrier.

While we make every effort to ensure a safe, timely shipment, we cannot be responsible for delays, damage, or spoilage in transit for any reason. If you believe your purchase has been delayed, damaged or has spoiled in transit, please contact UPS or the commercial carrier.

Tracking Shipments

The Coffee Mill will provide UPS tracking numbers on request.

Refunds and Returns

Our foodstuff items cannot be returned for refund or exchange.

If The Coffee Mill receives any returned non-foodstuff item in a soiled, stained, or damaged condition such as to render it unsuitable for resale, then The Coffee Mill reserves the right to withhold any refund or portion thereof or exchange due upon the return of said item.

If the non-foodstuff item's return is not initiated or if The Coffee Mill is not contacted within 3 business days of the delivery of said item to the purchaser's delivery address, then The Coffee Mill reserves the right to withhold any refund or portion thereof or exchange that might be due upon the return of said item.

In all cases of returned items, The Coffee Mill reserves the right to withhold any or all refunds claimed against shipping or postal charges.
